Mayo Knock Out Machines

Mayo Knockout Machines have been developed to provide a high frequency vibratory system for the effective removal of ceramic material from cast shells. Our Knockout Machines utilise a vertical hammer, which is both moved up and down, and held against the cast shell pneumatically. Our Knockout Machines are encased within a purpose designed sound deadening cabinet. Various options are available, including shell loading manipulators, pneumatically raised doors, waste shell conveyors etc.
